Whats included & what should I do next?

The Urban Wall Bracket's designed to hold all boxing bags in the Punch Equipment range up to the weight of approx 80 Kgs.

Your brackets hook/eye bolt should sit approx 2.4 metres from the ground to ensure any punching bag can sit under this comfortably.

Wall bolts are not supplied as your wall may differ from the next user, we recommend contacting your local hardware store for advice on which wall fittings would be best!

Punch Equipment also recommends using qualified builders to install your bracket to ensure a quality installation.
